Support at any age
Help at home when you need it, at any age
Recovering from an operation, an injury or a hospital stay? Going through treatment, or living with a serious illness? Our specially trained carers support adults of every age, in your own home across Ballito and the KZN North Coast.
Not just for older people
Home care isn't only for grandparents. A knee operation at 50, abdominal surgery at 38, a car accident, chemotherapy, a long illness: anyone can suddenly need a hand at home. We help you stay comfortable, safe and independent while you get through it, or help your partner and family carry the load.
How we can help
- Help with washing, dressing and personal care, with dignity
- Safe help moving around: in and out of bed, the shower or a chair
- Meals, light housework and keeping the home running
- Reminders to take the medicines your doctor has prescribed
- Company, and someone there overnight in the first days home
- First-aid trained carers, with nursing care from our nurse when clinical help is needed
- Working alongside your surgeon, physio, oncology team or GP. We follow their plan.
When people call us
The moments that need an extra pair of hands
- Before an operation: so help is ready from day one
- After a hospital stay: home, but not yet yourself
- During treatment, such as chemotherapy, on the hard days
- Living alone, with no one to help in the first week
- When a partner or family carer needs a break
- Serious illness, when comfort and dignity matter most
Many people have surgery or treatment in Durban or Umhlanga and come home to Ballito, Salt Rock, Zimbali or Sheffield Beach. We're based in Ballito, so we're close by for those first days and weeks at home.

Common Questions
Support at any age, answered
Do you help younger adults, not just older people?
Yes. We support adults of any age who need help at home, whether after an operation, injury or hospital stay, or during illness or treatment.
Can you help after surgery?
Yes. Our carers can help with personal care, moving around safely, meals and everyday tasks while you recover, following your surgical team's advice.
Can help be short-term?
Yes. Many people need support for a few days or weeks after an operation, then step it down as they get stronger.
Do you work with my doctor and physio?
Yes. We work alongside your surgeon, physio, oncology team or GP and help you keep to the plan they give you. We support their care; we don't replace it.
